Training.
Today, Aaron and I had our second training session. Our first was a couple of weeks ago. I showed him some boxing basics. Today I introduced him to submission wrestling. I dont particularly know a whole lot about either styles of fighting but I know a little an am willing to share my knowledge. So anyone else out there that wants to get in on these training sessions feel free to speak up. Hopefully after the holidays we'll be setting up a more regular schedule. As of today my groin hurts and I think I may have pulled something in my neck. I'm much bigger than Aaron but he's in a helluvalot better shape than me, so we make for good workout partners.
